How it Works

File a preliminary claim immediately after discovery of the damage or within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cargo

Submit a formal claim in Qatar Airways Cargo Online Services with all supporting documents

Formal claim is auto assigned to a Claims Officer for investigation and the claims status is provided at each milestone to the registered email ID of the claimant

Based on the investigation findings, the outcome is notified to the registered email ID of the claimant
