How it Works

File a preliminary claim immediately after discovery of the damage or within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cargo

Submit a formal claim in Qatar Airways Cargo Online Services with all supporting documents

Formal claim is auto assigned to a Claims Officer for investigation and the claims status is provided at each milestone to the registered email ID of the claimant
4
Based on the investigation findings, the outcome is notified to the registered email ID of the claimant

File a preliminary claim within 21 days from the date on which the cargo was placed at the disposal of the person entitled to delivery
